What was the problem?

A large pensions, investment and insurance provider required specialist and experienced procurement support for a large mergers and acquisition project.

The full extent of the procurement support could not be fully scoped at outset.

With the project due to commence and requiring the ability to scale and/or reduce the support as required, the Client engaged Hanya Partners.
